Allison Stokke and Alyce Caron

Allison Stokke has been a pole vaulter for more than 20 years. She was born on 22 March 1989 in Newport Beach, California. She became a pole jumper in 2007 after she saw a photograph of her at a track meet aged 17. Instagram and Twitter have helped her build a huge social media followers. She is a track & field player like Jessica Ennis Hill. Los Angeles Times reported, along with other publications, that Stokke never sought out such public attention. Brett Hutchins and David Rowe in Technology Power and Culture in the Network Society connected Stokke's story to those of American soccer players Alex Morgan and Hope Solo. Both women were accused of being sexualized and the public image of them was depicted in a way the authors claimed de-emphasized the sporting achievements. Concerning Stokke they also pointed out that comments on social media generally regarded as offensive in nature and attributed the process of sexualization on the women themselves. Many others compared Brandi's bra-shy celebration to the FIFA Women's World Cup Final in 1999, during where she celebrated her win. A discussion about the fashions and appearances dominated the discussion of women's sports achievements. Photos of Stokke competing on the track in New York in early 2007 were snapped by a journalist for a Californian track and field website and placed online. With Leather sports blog, with an extensive male following, reposted the photograph in May. It was called Pole Vaulting is Almost Legal and criticized Stokke's sexuality. Matt Ufford had threatened to sue the photographer for not removing the image. However, the news story had popular and received much interest. Stokke became the main subject of a site dedicated to her. The site included a number of photos of Stokke performing in the pole vault. These images quickly spread on social media and internet fan groups, which attracted thousands. Alyce Caron..............Alyce Caron was born in Houston in the United States in February 1957. She was determined to complete her high school degree in Florida. She graduated in 1974, she decided to approach her career in a different way in her approach to the work experience. Alyce is proud to be the sister of professor. Her support comes from her family and works as an assistant professor at a local college. Alyce as well as her family live in Texas, as Alyce's father works for the U.S. Army. In three years they celebrated their father's anniversary on his 92nd birthday. Alyce used social networks to express her gratitude for his dedication to the U.S. Army, and to showcase her gorgeous daughter. Alyce's daughter is also focused on her education. She was awarded the National Merit scholarship at Washington University and celebrated 22nd birthday 2022.
